An economy focused on the person ?   

Can we include our economic choices in a wider perspective, in connection with issues of social environmental, cultural  order ? Redefine our idea of wealth and development, taking into account broader factor such as fairness, happiness, etc… ?  

  

A more intelligent and more collective society ?       

What place do we give to knowledge in our society ? Beyond the notion of human capital, how do we consider the production of knowledge, but also its diffusion processes, sharing, enrichment? How do we accompany the development of cognitive processes, and developing our capacity to evolve in environments increasingly diverse, unstable, mobile, complex? Knowledge can be considered the heart of our interdependence ? How, in this framework, establish the conditions of fairness ?  

 

And work in this all?

What are the actual evolutions around the concept of work ? What place are we according to it in our societies ? In our lives ? What makes people « employable » ? Can we consider persons as vital resources that are necessary to care about ?  

  

The community commitment

What is the role and place of art and culture within economical development? Should the cultural sector be considered as a growing field of employment? Should it also be considered as a catalyst for human development and for people’s resources and employability? How do we strengthen its potential?
